Well my fee's vary from job to job. From what I have noticed I am always lower than the competition and do a great job on your website. I will make it to your needs and as you request.
I cannot give you a definite price by setting a table out determining if you want this or that, then the cost is "X".
Below find some examples of what influences the cost.
1.) How many pages would you like made?
2.) Do you need password protected pages? or other languages of coding? PHP, etc.
3.) Need me to purchase your domain?
4.) Need hosting? yearly?
5.) Timeline? *for any confusion, if the job is simple and needed in 2 weeks, or 2 days, it makes a difference*
6.) Do you need any editing yearly? monthly? This is a low cost for yearly basic editing. Yes I said one low cost for "yearly".
